1) When filling, the operator must watch carefully, not enter impurities in the material, and master the temperature.

If the die head sticks when the material is not cut into strips, the die head temperature is too high, and it can be normal after a little cooling. Generally, the machine does not need to be shut down.

3) The water temperature should be generally 50-60 ℃, which is easy to break when it is low, and easy to stick when it is too low. It is better to add half of the hot water at the initial startup. If there is no condition, people can transport the granulator for a period of time during pelleting, and let it automatically cut the granulator after the water temperature rises, so as to avoid breaking the strip. When the water temperature exceeds 60 ℃, cold water needs to be added to the internal circulation to maintain the temperature.

4) During pelleting, the strip must be pulled evenly before entering the mixing roller, otherwise, the pelletizer will be damaged. If the exhaust hole is emitting material, it is confirmed that the residue has blocked the filter screen. At this time, the machine must be shut down quickly to remove and replace the screen. The screen can be 40 -- 60 mesh.
