1) When the operator is filling, he must be optimistic, do not put debris in the material, and control the temperature.

If the material does not stick to the die head when it is started, it is because the temperature of the die head is too high, and it will be normal after a little cooling. Generally, there is no need to stop the machine.

2) The water temperature should generally be 50-60 ℃. If it is too low, it is easy to break the strip, and if it is too high, it is easy to stick. It is best to add half of the hot water when starting up. , wait for the water temperature to rise and then let it automatically cut into pellets, so as not to break the strips. After the water temperature exceeds 60 °C, it is necessary to add cold water to the inside to maintain the temperature.

3) When dicing, the strips must be pulled evenly before entering the mixing roller, otherwise the granulator will be damaged. If the air vent is fighting outward, it is confirmed that the residue has blocked the filter. At this time, it is necessary to stop the machine and replace the mesh. The mesh can be 40-60 mesh.
