1. 2. Water ring cutting process of plastic granulator: water ring granulation production means that the strip material extruded by the plastic granulator is immediately cut into grains by the rotating blade and thrown to the water ring attached to the inner wall of the granulator which rotates at high speed. Then the water flow takes the granules to the water separator for dehydration, and after drying, it is sent to the material cooling device for cooling, which is the finished product. The production method is suitable for mixing and pelletizing of polyolefin materials.

3. Underwater cutting process of plastic granulator. Underwater cutting production means that the strip material extruded by the plastic granulator is immediately put into water for cooling, then cut into granules, and then sent to the centrifugal dryer by circulating water for dehydration and drying. This granulation method is more suitable for twin-screw plastic granulator mixing raw material granulation and is used for large batch production.

4. Cold cutting process of plastic granulator. Cold cutting refers to the mixing and plasticizing of materials in the plastic granulator, forming plastic sheet materials from the forming mold in front of the barrel, falling into the water tank for cooling and then coiling, and then using a special granulator to cut particles. This extrusion pelletizing production method is suitable for mixing and pelletizing raw materials of polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS and polyethylene terephthalate.
